If the at-fault party is insured with BTA, you can file an OCTA claim. Fill in the accident report and submit it to BTA within 10 days.

How to file a KASKO claim with BTA

BTA KASKO covers your vehicle damage regardless of fault. You can file a claim for collisions, theft, vandalism and other risks.

You need the policy number, incident description and damage photos. BTA offers fast and simple claims processing.

How to file a property claim with BTA

BTA property insurance protects your apartment or house from fire, flooding, storm and theft. Contact BTA at +371 26121212.

Document the damage and do not repair until expert inspection. File online at bta.lv or by email bta@bta.lv.

How to file a travel claim with BTA

BTA travel insurance covers medical expenses and lost luggage. While travelling, call the assistance number in your policy.

What to do if the claim is denied?

If the insurer denies the claim, carefully read the grounds for refusal. Make sure you have submitted all required documents and that the case meets the policy conditions.
